I love to read about food, baking and all things kitchen related. From cookbooks and magazines to newspapers and the internet, I read it all. Now don’t get me wrong, I’m not a full blown foodie or culinary expert, I don’t eat out at fancy restaurants each and every week.
Embarrassingly, I subscribe to Delicious, Gourmet Traveller and Donna Hay. Usually I don’t even a make all that much from these magazines….. I just enjoy looking at the food styling and photography and keeping up-to-date with the latest food trends.
I like cookbooks [ understatement+ ]…and have been gifted so many tomes over the years, my shelves are teaming with a myriad of varied cuisines!
I happily spend hours reading foodie publications and books & dreaming of what to cook. I also seem to drive all over Sydney to locate particular ingredients or better still buy direct from the producer at the farmgate or Farmer’s Markets.
So many ingredients and so much inspiration…were to begin?
